Without the support of Sue, I couldn’t provide the level of service the families with whom I work deserve.

My vast experience and extensive training allow me to understand and empathise with the families I meet, but just as important, is my natural ability to listen. To listen, not just to a family’s needs and requirements, but to listen and to understand how they really feel about the person we are remembering, the life we are going to celebrate, and to how we are going to say goodbye.
My previous work as a professional storyteller, performance poet, broadcaster, lecturer and therapist, give me a unique advantage which I use to create and deliver ceremonies, at the heart of which, is always your loved one, and your needs and wishes.
We Can Help
Of course, I spend a good deal of time away from my desk, and this is where Sue plays a pivotal role in everything we do. If I can’t pick up in person, Sue will take your initial phone call, she too listens, advises and arranges when I might call you back to agree a date and time to chat, whether that be in person or by phone or Google Meet.
This means it is extremely unlikely that you have to leave a message on an answerphone. We are here to help, support and advise….. real people helping you to say goodbye to your loved one, your way.
